Eligibility for Exchange
- We currently offer exchanges only, not returns.
- Exchanges are accepted within 3 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be:
- Unworn, unused, and unwashed
- In its original packaging, with all tags and labels attached
- Undamaged and in resellable condition
Exchange Conditions
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- If your desired size/item is out of stock, we’ll offer:
- A credit note for the same value, or
- The option to wait until the item is restocked
- We do not offer exchanges for size or fitting issues. We recommend checking the size guide carefully before placing your order to ensure you get the perfect fit.
- An exchange fee of ₹100 per product is applicable to cover logistics and handling costs.
Shipping & Charges
- Delivery takes approximately 7–10 days.
- We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders across India.
- Shipping charges for all COD orders will be INR 99 to be paid while placing the order.
- Customers will bear the shipping charges for exchange pickups and re-delivery.
- In case of a defective or wrong item received, we’ll cover the shipping charges.
